The customer operating system

Everything after hello, in one system.

Most teams run one stack to win a customer and a different one to keep them, then spend the week reconciling the two. Harvio is one system for the whole relationship — built on a single record of the company, from the first signal to years in.

Invite only. Harvio is not open for new workspaces yet — why that is.
Win them

From the first signal to a signature — shown, discussed, agreed.

Deliver them

From signature to live and confident, without a spreadsheet in the middle.

Keep them

The long part — questions answered, and answered before they are asked.

All of it on one company record — the same people, the same history, the same truth.

Why one system, not a bundle

The record is the operating system.

Suites are usually separate products sold together and integrated afterwards. Harvio starts from the record instead: one company, one set of people, one set of work — and everything else is built on top of it.

One company, one page, the whole relationship.

Nothing is retyped

What someone told you before they bought is already there when you are delivering. The people, the history and the paperwork arrive together, because they never left.

Handovers stop losing things

The people who win a customer and the people who keep one are rarely the same people. When the record is the handover, nothing has to be packed up and sent.

It speaks your language

Your stages, your statuses, your words for what a customer is to you — and renaming any of it never changes what the system does underneath.

Where we are

New, and already running a business.

Harvio is young. It is also in production every day, running the operation it was built for — which is a different kind of proof from a roadmap. Nothing here is a mockup waiting for its first real user.

What it is built on is not specific to an industry. Any business that wins a customer, takes time to deliver, and then has to keep them has the same problem underneath: the work happens in separate tools and the truth ends up in none of them. That is the part Harvio solves, and it does not much care what you sell.

We are adding teams slowly and deliberately. At this stage that means a person sets your workspace up with you, and when something is wrong you tell us rather than a queue.

Getting in

Invite only, for now.

Harvio is not open for new workspaces. It is being built with a small number of teams, and we would rather do that properly than quickly. When that changes, this is where it will say so.
